3. Account Registration and Eligibility

5.2 Transaction Fees
Additional transaction fees may apply based on payment volume and methods. All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before processing.

- Fees are due and payable in advance
- Late payments may result in service suspension
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
- We reserve the right to modify fees with 30 days' notice
6. Data and Privacy
6.1 Customer Data
You retain ownership of all data you submit to our Services ("Customer Data"). We will process Customer Data only as necessary to provide the Services and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6.2 Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:
- Encryption of data in transit and at rest
- Regular security assessments and monitoring

- Restricted access controls and authentication
6.3 Data Backup and Recovery
We maintain regular backups of Customer Data and have disaster recovery procedures in place. However, you are responsible for maintaining your own backup copies of critical data.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Our Rights
The Services, including all software, technology, content, and intellectual property, are owned by Global-business.app and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7.2 Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services solely for your internal business purposes during the term of your subscription.
7.3 Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, or improvements you provide regarding our Services may be used by us without restriction or compensation to you.
8. Service Availability and Maintenance
8.1 Service Level
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our Services, excluding scheduled maintenance and circumstances beyond our control.
8.2 Maintenance
We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. Emergency maintenance may be performed without prior notice when necessary for security or system integrity.
8.3 Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the Services with reasonable notice to customers.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM
- WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
- WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE
- YOU USE THE SERVICES AT YOUR OWN RISK
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Global-business.app from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Services
- Violation of these Terms
- Infringement of third-party rights
- Your Customer Data or business operations
11. Termination
11.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time with 30 days' written notice. You remain responsible for all fees incurred through the end of your billing period.
11.2 Termination by Us
We may terminate your account immediately for:
- Breach of these Terms
- Non-payment of fees
- Illegal or harmful activities
- Extended periods of inactivity
11.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your access to the Services will cease, and we will provide a reasonable opportunity to export your Customer Data.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Chicago, Illinois, except for claims involving intellectual property rights.
13. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes through email or platform notifications at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
